This class will explore the history of herbal use, including a number of famous medicines produced by plants and fungi.
Instructor Dr. Roger Seeber is a professor of biology at West Liberty University where he teaches the biology of plants and medicinal botany, among other things. He earned his BS from SUNY at Cortland, his MA from SUNY at Oneonta, and his PhD, from West Virginia University. His current research project concerns tomato genome preservation and he enjoys stamp collecting, genealogy, and the farm.
