The Library will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2019, in observation of Presidents' Day.  

OCPL Closed for Presidents Day, Monday, February 18, 2019

While we are closed for the holiday, access is available to many Library services remotely, including digital downloads of eBooks through WVDeli and Hoopla, mp3 music downloads through Freegal, language learning, art and music instruction, and Acorn TV through the RBdigital Gateway, as well as animated, talking picture books, read-along chapter books through TumbleBooks.

Normal library hours will resume Tuesday, February 19th.
