Library Closed, Monday, November 12, for Veterans Day

The Library will be closed on Monday, November 12, for the federally observed date of Veterans Day.

A centennial observation of Armistice Day (now known as Veterans Day) will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 2 pm at the Spirit of the American Doughboy monument at Wheeling Park. The public is welcome to join in the remembrance observation.

OCPL Closed for Veterans Day, Monday, November 12, 2018

Normal library hours will resume Tuesday, November 13. 

While we are closed for the holiday, access is available to many Library services remotely, including digital downloads of eBooks through WVDeli and Hoopla, mp3 music downloads through Freegal, language learning, art and music instruction, and Acorn TV through the RBdigital Gateway, as well as animated, talking picture books, read-along chapter books through TumbleBooks.
