Magical Christmas Card Making Party!

'Tis the season. We’ve got the perfect program to kick off the Christmas season. Bev Beatty will be leading a truly magical Christmas card-making party on December 3rd from 6:30-8:30 PM. She’ll be providing instructions on crafting perfect, creative, and homemade gift cards.

Registration is required for this event. To attend, call the library at (304) 232-0244 and speak to Julia, or leave her a message. She will confirm your spot in the class. If you register for the class and are unable to attend, please call to cancel your spot. There may be a waiting list, and we want to ensure those individuals have the opportunity to participate if a spot becomes available.

To continue our partnership with Oglebay Institute's Towngate Theatre & Cinema, all participants will be eligible to win two free tickets to the production of “The Homecoming.” In the spirit of the holiday, if you wish to donate any cards you create, Towngate will be collecting cards to donate to the residents at Elmhurst, The House of Friendship. The Homecoming is a Christmas story that takes place against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, during the Great Depression. The show will be performed on December 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th.
